For example, as Construction Manager we provided pre-construction advisory services for the $18 million Valley Stream Retirement Residence, evaluating the cost of material options for the design. As well, we avoided significant premium costs for winter heat and formwork by advising the client to delay the project, starting in early spring instead of October.
