Taplen acted as the construction manager for the Canadian Building Trades Unions (www.buildingtrades.ca) to project manage the design and construction of a new elevator addition and the fit-up of the the existing office spaces on three floors.  Full HVAC / electrical system upgrades and addition of sprinkler system requiring a new water line to be installed.  Installed innovative and more energy efficient FAR infrared heating panels from Art of Heat in the main stairwell.
