The project is a new 112 unit, 80,000 SF, retirement residence.  It is a two storey wood framed structure, with a structural concrete slab over a partial basement.  The residence provides a secure and welcoming atmosphere, with a dining room and full service kitchen, along with activity and meeting rooms.  Added amenities include a chapel, library, theatre, billiards room, café bistro, beauty salon, wellness centre, and bar.  Extensive site work to accommodate existing easements, entrances, and waterways.  The property was landscaped with a south facing sheltered courtyard with paving stones and site furnishings/lighting.  There is an extensive planting list including trees, shrubs, and ground cover.
