The project is a new 51-unit, 48,355 SF expansion of the existing retirement residence.  The units are studios or one-bedroom suites, some with a kitchenette, some with a balcony.  Each suite has air conditioning and heat with individual controls as well as walk-in showers.  It is a two-storey wood framed structure, with a structural concrete slab over a partial basement and parking garage.  The roof is peaked, and the exterior is a combination of stucco and masonry veneer. The residence provides a secure and welcoming atmosphere, with a dining room, along with activity rooms.
